Can I return an item?
You may return new, undamaged items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. However, if the item was specially ordered for you then we are unable to accept returns, unless it was faulty when you received it. This does not include reduced sale items which must be returned no later than 31 days after purchase. Items that have been personalised, marked (make up, deodorant marks, etc.) or have missing/detached labels will not be eligible for refund.
