How do I clean my Skechers workwear shoes?
To keep your Skechers workwear shoes looking great, you are advised to follow these steps:
- Remove excess dirt from the upper and the sole by using a small brush or towel.
- Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a few drops of laundry detergent.
- Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush or wipe off the excess soap.
- Allow your shoes to air dry.
Skechers leather shoes, such as the Womens Sure Track shoes or the Mens Flex Advantage shoes, you could apply a water proofer spray before you wear them in wet conditions. This will prolong the life of the leather.
The knit mesh shoes, such as Womens Squad Workwear Trainers can be safely machine washed. It’s recommended that you place them in a pillowcase first and only wash your shoes in that load, don’t include any other garments at the same time.
Don’t be tempted to use the tumble dryer though! Leave them to dry thoroughly for 10-12 hours to ensure that the memory foam inner has completely dried before you wear them again.
