From 15th April 2026, reward points will no longer be earned. From 15th May 2026, the programme will close, after which points can no longer be redeemed online.

How long does delivery take?

UK mainland: Stocked items 2-3 working days
UK mainland: Special order items 3-4 weeks

UK non-mainland: Deliveries will arrive approximately 3-5 working days after despatch, for stocked items.

Please note, if you are having your items embroidered then this will delay the delivery whilst the embroidery is being added. For embroidery, please allow an additional 3-4 weeks for delivery.

For orders containing both stocked and special order items, your order will be dispatched in full when all items are available.
