The colour & size I need is out of stock - what can I do?
Frustrating when that happens! Especially if you’ve spent a long time choosing the style to suit you and your work environment. But all is not lost! If the product you have chosen is still a current style, then we’ll be able to order that colour and size option for you. If your chosen product is available as a current style, when you click your size and colour and see an out of stock message you will also see a section on the product page asking if you want to join a waitlist. As shown below.
What is a waitlist? A waitlist is a simple way to ensure you don’t miss out.
If you’re not logged into your Kara online account, simply fill in your email address and click NOTIFY ME. If you are already logged in, you just have to click the NOTIFY ME button.
Our Customer Services team will then receive your waitlist addition and add your request to the next order list. When your item arrives in stock you will be emailed automatically. Simply go back to the website and purchase your chosen item.
You could also contact our Customer Services team and ask to order one specifically for you. In this case, special orders are pre-paid and typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
