What is meant by “pre-order”?
When products are available for pre-order only, it means that they are not currently available for online ordering by the general public. However if you have registered as a VIP to place a pre-order, this means you CAN order online. When the products become available for delivery, your order will be processed before any other orders.
When will my order be delivered?
We anticipate the Kara Edit range stock to be available for delivery by June 2022. Once you have placed your order, you will receive delivery updates by email to ensure that you are kept up to date.
Can I return pre-ordered items?
Yes, you can return any items that you placed a pre-order for, in line with our Returns policy.
To avoid the delay that returns cause, please do check the size guidelines on each product page to ensure that the size you are ordering will be a good fit for you. The size guides are provided in both centimetres and inches.
Ordering for a group?
That’s no problem at all. Please place your pre-order through the website or contact our Customer Services team if you have any questions. The Edit range is available in sizes XS to XL and in a choice of three or four colours, so there should be something to suit everyone in your team.
