We pride ourselves on our quality control and only send out products in pristine condition, so we kindly ask that in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, that they come back to us in their original condition. You may return new, undamaged items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery costs.
Items that have been personalised, marked (make up, deodorant marks, etc.) or have missing/detached labels will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
We do not pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If the error is ours, please let us know the cost of shipping and we will add it to your refund once the item/s have been inspected.
International customers who would like replacement products will incur an additional shipping charge.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return (2 to 5 days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 days).
