Here at Kara Group, we pride ourselves on our quality control and we kindly ask that in the unlikely event that you do wish to return anything, that it comes back to us in it’s original condition.
We don’t offer exchanges, but you may return new, undamaged items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. This does not include reduced sale items which must be returned no later than 31 days after purchase. Items that have been personalised, marked (make up, deodorant marks, etc.) or have missing/detached labels will not be eligible for refund.
We do not pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If an issue has occurred, please contact us at email@example.com in advance of you sending the return. Please provide your shipping receipt and we will add the cost to your refund once your return has been inspected.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of shipping. This is to allow ample time for all items to be received, safely checked and applicable refunds processed so we are unable to guarantee it being sooner than this time. After the three weeks, if the amount is still not showing in your account, please do let us know.

Please note that if you return items from a non-UK address, Kara will be subject to paying additional import duty and import tax to receive your items back. Therefore we are unable to refund any import duties or import taxes that you may have incurred when you received the parcel. For this reason, we ask you to please be very careful to check the size guides and check your order carefully before you buy – to ensure you are likely to be very happy with your purchase.
