Returns Policy

You may return
new, undamaged items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. Items that have been embroidered or personalised will not be eligible for replacement or refund.


We do not pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If the error is ours, please let us know the cost of shipping and we will add it to your refund once the item/s have been inspected.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return (2 to 5 days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You can alternatively enter a Return Request from within "My Account".
