We pride ourselves on our quality control and only send out products in pristine condition, so we kindly ask that in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, that they come back to us in their original condition. You may return new, undamaged items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. Except for reduced sale items, which must be returned no later than 31 days after purchase.
Items that have been personalised, marked (make up, deodorant marks, etc.) or have missing/detached labels will not be eligible for refund.
We do not pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If the error is ours, please let us know the cost of shipping and we will add it to your refund once the item/s have been inspected.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return (2 to 5 days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 days).

Non-UK orders being returned
Please note that if you return items from a non-UK address, Kara will be subject to paying additional import duty and import tax to receive your items back. Therefore we are unable to refund any import duties or import taxes that you may have incurred when you received the parcel. For this reason, we ask you to please be very careful to check the size guides we provide and check the colours and styles before you buy – to ensure you are likely to be very happy with your purchase.
