What is meant by “special order”?
The best selling scrub tops and trousers are kept in stock at our UK warehouse in the most popular colours and sizes. However, we can also offer you the option to buy different colours and sizes direct from our USA designer brands. These are dealt with as a special order, which means that we order it especially for you.
How long does it take to get a special order?
As we order the items you need directly from the designer brands in USA, this takes longer than sending you stocked items from our UK warehouse. It typically takes 3-4 weeks from placing the order to receiving your new scrubs. However, please note that over the Christmas and New Year period it may take longer.
Can I return special order items?
The special order scrubs are ordered especially for you, in your size and preferred colour, so please select carefully. Special orders that contain items that are not shown on the website are not eligible for returns.
For this reason we ask that you check your measurements carefully before buying any special order tops or trousers. Each product page has a link to the appropriate size guide. The size guides are provided in both centimetres and inches.
