How to enter the prize draw

1. Complete the survey you received by email.
2. Then email us with your name and your email address.
3. We’ll enter your details into the prize draw.
4. The prize draw closes at the end of the month. The winner will receive an email after the random draw has been completed at the beginning of next month.
5. The Prize: The winner will receive a free set of scrubs of their choice, from our in-stock assortment of scrubs (note: not special order scrubs). No prize exchange is available.
