- Complete the survey we sent to you by email.
- We’ll draw the winner at the beginning of next month and we will email you if you are the lucky winner.
- The winner will receive a free set of scrubs of their choice, from our in-stock assortment of scrubs (note: not special order scrubs). No prize exchange is available.
