When will my order arrive?
UK mainland delivery times
Delivery is separated into 2 categories; standard delivery and the delivery service for special order items.
UK Mainland – 2-3 working day service £3.95. For orders over £100 inc. vat, delivery is free.
Special order items delivery
UK Mainland – 3-4 weeks service £3.95. For orders over £100 inc. vat, delivery is free.
There is an additional 4 – 6 weeks lead time for personalised/logo embroidery. More about Embroidery
Non-mainland UK addresses
Deliveries of any value to be sent to non UK mainland addresses (i.e. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and elsewhere worldwide) incur a delivery fee, calculated during the checkout process online. The delivery fee is based on the total size and weight of the items being purchased. In some cases, the cost of your delivery might not be able to be calculated online, if this happens you will see a message asking you to contact us. Please complete the contact form to ask us for the delivery cost, please ensure you include your delivery address in the message.
Orders despatched to EU addresses take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. However there are varying delivery times depending on the country you live in and how large or heavy the parcel is. Please note that deliveries to European addresses may incur additional import duty and import tax costs. The courier will send you details of any additional payments required. For all other countries, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we can process your order offline if possible and confirm shipping times. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All our orders are shipped using an express tracked courier service. Please keep in mind that courier errors outside of Kara’s control can occur, which may affect delivery times. If you have any queries, please do get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.
