UK Mainland Delivery
Delivery is separated into 2 categories; standard for stocked items and extended services for special order or bespoke items. Orders placed via the website for delivery to mainland UK are eligible for free delivery when over £75 or £3.95 if under this order value. Please note that we don’t offer next day delivery; third party couriers are responsible for all deliveries once shipped, with tracking provided where available for your reassurance.
Standard: UK mainland addresses – All stock orders placed before 2pm are scheduled to be dispatched within 72 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Delivery should then be expected within 3 working days.
Standard: UK non-mainland addresses – Deliveries typically arrive approximately 5 working days after dispatch, for stocked items.
Special Orders: UK mainland addresses – As these items come to us from the supplier in the USA, delivery is typically 3-4 weeks.
Bespoke Orders: If you place a bespoke order with our team, delivery will be the same as special order items, typically 3-4 weeks.
Please note, if your order includes a combination of stocked and non-stocked items, we will wait until everything is available and send your complete order in one parcel.
Orders placed offline are subject to different terms and charges, please check with our Customer Services Team if you have any questions.
Non-mainland UK addresses
Orders of any value to be sent to non-mainland UK addresses (i.e. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and elsewhere worldwide) incur a delivery fee, calculated during the checkout process online. The fee is based on the total size and weight of the items being purchased. In some cases, the cost might not be able to be calculated online, if this happens you will see a message asking you to contact us. Please complete the contact form to ask us for the cost, please ensure you include your delivery address in the message.
Europe
Orders dispatched to EU addresses take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. However, there are varying delivery times depending on the country you live in and how large or heavy the parcel is. Please note that deliveries to European addresses may incur additional import duty and import tax costs. The local courier will send you details of any additional payments required via phone/email. Worldwide
For all other countries, please Contact Us with your address and order request. If possible, we can the provide a quotation for processing your order. Note – not all products can be shipped to international destinations.
What should I do if my delivery is late?
Please allow 5 working days for your parcel to arrive. Following this, we can open an official case with the carrier so they can investigate further. Please keep in mind that errors and delays outside of Kara’s control can occur, which may affect delivery times. Once your order is in the hands of the courier, we cannot accept any liability or responsibility for your parcel. However – if you have any queries, please do get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not there when the order arrives, the carrier will leave a card asking you to rearrange redelivery or collect your parcel from your local depot or collection point. You will typically be given 7 working days to collect the parcel, if it isn’t collected within that time, it will be returned to Kara and processed for refund.
