Here at Kara Group, we pride ourselves on our quality control and we kindly ask that in the event that you do wish to return anything, that it comes back to us in it’s original condition.
You may return new, undamaged items within 60 days of dispatch for a refund, less delivery costs. This does not include reduced sale items which must be returned no later than 31 days after purchase. Items that have been personalised, marked (make up, deodorant marks, etc.) or have missing/detached labels will not be eligible for refund.
Return shipping is at the sender’s cost, unless this is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If an issue has occurred, please contact us at [email protected] in advance of posting.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of posting. This is to allow ample time for all items to be received, safely checked and applicable refunds processed so we are unable to guarantee it being sooner than this time. After the three weeks, if the amount is still not showing in your account, please do let us know.

Bespoke order returns
For some of our products, we offer the option to contact our team for bespoke orders, this includes alternative colours that we do not stock online. If you place an bespoke order, this is non-refundable, unless the item(s) are faulty.
Non-UK orders being returned
Please note that if you return items from a non-UK address, any additional charges incurred such as import duty/tax will be non-refundable. For this reason, we ask you to please consult the size guides and fully check your order before checkout – to ensure you are likely to be happy with your purchase.
