These are the standard terms and conditions of Interweave Textiles Ltd, trading as Kara, which provides premium uniforms and scrubs to the health and wellness sector.
Please read through the following terms and conditions that relate to your use of the Kara website and any purchases you make via this website. By continuing to use the website and use our services, this indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:
- you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only.
- you may copy and provide the content to other individuals for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material.
You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you publish it on any other website.
Accuracy of information
The product information outlined in this website is provided for general information only, Kara is not responsible for any inaccuracies in product descriptions. Product information is subject to change without notice.
The photos of products on the website and in the product catalogue or for guidance only, please note that the colour of products delivered may differ from those shown online. There may also be colour variation in the screen and graphics cards used on your computer or other device, when compared to the original product used in the photographs. They may also be unavoidable colour variances between different batches of the same product.
If you have any concerns or queries, please confirm specification details of items you wish to purchase by contacting the Kara team at the time of purchase.
The core range of items are available to purchase from Kara from stock are available for immediate despatch within 2-3 days to UK mainland addresses, if orders are placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
All other non-stocked items are ordered from the manufacturer after receiving your order, hence these special orders take 2-3 weeks to deliver.
For orders over £100 including VAT, there is no delivery charge to UK mainland addresses. If you need the order to be delivered to a non-mainland UK address, the delivery charge will be advised at the time of purchase.
Deliveries will be made to the reception or ground floor at your delivery address. If you have any special delivery requirements or any known delivery difficulties such as narrow doorways, spiral staircases etc, please ensure you tell us at the time of placing the order.
We will do our best to avoid any delays in delivery, however if your delivery is delayed for any reason we will inform you as soon as we can see there has been a delay and attempt to find out the expected new delivery day and time of your goods. You won’t be eligible for a refund or cancellation of the order due to late delivery.
If the order fails to arrive or if part of the order is missing, you must inform Kara within 3 days of the delivery due date.
All prices shown on this website exclude delivery costs. Any applicable delivery cost will be shown in the checkout section of the website and will be payable in addition to the cost of the goods.
Please note that Kara reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
Payment is due in full at the time of placing the order. Payment methods online include credit card or debit card via PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay & Google Pay. Businesses can also pay by invoice if you’ve already completed a Credit application and it has been approved beforehand.
You may also opt to use the Klarna Pay Later payment option, which (if approved by Klarna), you will have 30 days to pay for your order. Read more about the Klarna payment system.
Payment for goods supplied, whether or not invoiced, will become immediately payable if invoices are not paid within 7 days of the due date, or if your company becomes subject to winding up, administration or if a bankruptcy order is passed, or if your assets go into receivership.
In the case of items delivered to you which are to be paid by invoice, the goods remain the sole property of Kara until the invoice has been paid in full.
If you change your mind, you may cancel an order up to the time that the order has been despatched for stocked items. Urgently contact the Kara team to find out if the delivery has already been despatched and request a cancellation over the phone.
Any orders that include embroidery can’t be cancelled.
If you have ordered any items which are supplied to Kara from another supplier on demand, you will not be able to cancel the order.

Kara does not guarantee that use of this website will be compatible with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors to the site.
We will be under no liability to you whatsoever whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise for any injury, death, damage or direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and like loss) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the use, accessing, downloading or relying on any information or other materials contained in this website, including, without limitation, as a result of any computer virus.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude our liability (if any) to you for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, for fraud or for any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude or to attempt to exclude our liability.
These Terms and Conditions and any contract issued by Kara is governed by the law of England. The customer submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Customers should not rely on any representations made by staff of the Company as they do not form part of the Contract.
