Good news!
Purchases from Kara up to 150 Euros (approximately £120) are exempt from import duty. Local taxes and courier administration fees may still apply. You will be notified by your local courier via email of any fees and are responsible for paying these charges before receiving your delivery.
However…
If your purchase is for more than 150 Euros you will receive a payment request for import duty costs and any additional taxes when the parcel arrives in your country. The courier will send you details of any additional payments required to the email address used on the order. You are responsible for paying these charges before receiving your delivery.
Delivery times for EU orders
Orders despatched to EU addresses typically take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. There are however varying delivery times depending on the country you live in and how large or heavy the parcel is. We also advise that you monitor your emails to ensure that important updates or emails from your local courier aren’t missed as this can cause additional delays. Dependent on the courier, you will have up to 28 days to make any additional payments after which time your delivery would be returned to us. Read more about deliveries
A note about EU order returns
Please note that if you return items from a non-UK address, Kara will be subject to paying additional import duty and import tax to receive your items back. We are therefore unable to refund any import duties or import taxes that you may have incurred when you received the parcel. For this reason, we ask you to please be very careful to check the size guides we provide and check the colours and styles to ensure you are likely to be very happy with your purchase.
