How to earn reward points

Important Changes to Our Rewards Programme

 

Our rewards programme is now closed, and reward points can no longer be collected or redeemed.

If you have any questions regarding your previous reward points balance or account, please complete our contact form.

To help us locate your rewards account as quickly as possible, please ensure you use the same email address that was originally registered with your reward points account.

Reward values

100 points = £5 credit

200 points = £10 credit

300 points = £15 credit

500 points = £25 credit

1,000 points = £50 credit

How it works

When you reach each 100-point mark, you’ll be able to use the reward credits you have collected.

These credits can be used as part payment for a future order.

Please note that reward points are not earned on delivery costs, sample packs or VAT costs.
